New Tabbing System Minimizes Manual Job Setup

Pickering, Ontario – BUSKRO announces the availability of the only fully automatic tabbing & labeling system in the industry – the new BK730 Tabbing System. The simple entry of piece length, number, and type of tabs, allows the BK730 to automatically configure label pitch, tension and label placement, eliminating manual tab placement guesswork and labor-intensive setups.

The BK730 is also first in the industry to offer total portability for labeling applications, with all of the electronics and controls self-contained in the tabbing head. It can be mounted on a variety of mailing transports, or directly onto bindery or finishing lines. The standard oversized label tray is another industry-leading feature, allowing for labels up to 3 inches wide by 7 inches long. The easy glide head positioning, easy to thread label path and easy waste removal improve production efficiency with reduced setup times.

Advanced motion control is built into the BK730, allowing for smooth, quiet operation, reduced backer tearing, and high production rates – up to 35,000 pieces per hour.

From its headquarters in Pickering, Ontario, Buskro manufactures innovative equipment that is quickly breaking through the technology barriers of mailing and commercial printing industries. Buskro’s inkjet imaging and controlling technology, labelers, tabbers, and mailing bases are making creative mail personalization easy and affordable for printing companies and mail houses of all sizes.
