BK7IB Inline Transport Base

Solid base construction is at the heart of Buskro Inkjet transport systems. Built with state-of-the-art electronics, the BK7IB is Buskro’s modular, inline base designed with standardized mounting locations for upstream and downstream equipment.

BK800L Flipover Unit

The BK800L flips over magazines, envelopes, and other mail pieces on-the-fly, so inkjet information (text or bitmap graphics) can be applied to the front, then to the back in a single pass with no stopping. The unit flips pieces at speeds up to 20,000 pieces per hour (pph), accommodates sizes up to 9" x 12", and self-adjusts to handle pieces up to 3/8" thick. It is designed for in-line applications with tabbers, saddle stitchers, folders, mail inserters, inkjet printers, and perfect binders.

The BK6OB Transport Base automatically sets the space between pieces to allow efficient product handling and higher print quality every time. A built-in shuttle feeder makes offline printing a breeze, while heat-resistant transport belts, soundproof insulation in the vacuum pump chamber and solid, heavy-duty construction ensure years of quiet, trouble-free operation.
